Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of this store, hereinafter referred to simply as this store, and, on the other hand, the customer of this store, qualified at the time of purchase of the products of this store, hereinafter referred to simply as the Customer.
Considering that this store sells products and services over the internet; Considering the Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered by this store ("Products") through its sales channels; The purpose of this contract is to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of products and services by the customer of this store's website.
Confidentiality: this store is responsible for preserving the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. The security of the website is audited daily and guaranteed against the action of hackers, through the "Site Blindado" seal.
Customer Service (SAC): The customer has access to this service to clarify their doubts, resolve any requests or complaints regarding their order or any content made available on the website. The SAC can be contacted by telephone or through the website form.
III. Delivery policy: the deadline for delivery of the Products is informed during the purchase process, counted in business days. Product deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 10 pm. Exceptionally, some Product deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
III.I - It is the Customer's responsibility to check that the dimensions of the product are adequate, and they must ensure that they are in accordance with the spatial limits of the elevators, doors and corridors of the delivery location. The product will not be assembled or disassembled, transported via stairs and/or doors and windows, or delivered.
III.II - Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the location informed, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between one delivery and the next. It is essential that there is a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years of age, and carrying an identification document at the requested address to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to this store's Distribution Center.
III.III - After the order is finalized, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request an advance or even priority delivery.
III.IV - The delivery time informed during the Product purchase procedure takes into account the stock, region, invoice issuance process and product preparation time. With each update to the order delivery status, this store's system automatically sends alert emails to the Customer.
III.V - The delivery freight value is calculated based on the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the Product.
III.VI - This store does not authorize the carrier to: enter the home; deliver by alternative means (e.g.: lifting the product through a window); perform product installation or maintenance; open the product packaging; deliver to an address other than the one stated on the DANFE; deliver to a minor or someone without identification.
III.VII - This store is not responsible for the retention of goods at SEFAZ when this is exclusively due to the customer's pending issues, and therefore, the customer must go to the tax office to have the goods released, given that in these cases, information regarding releases and payments is only provided to the interested parties.
Right of withdrawal: the Customer will be allowed to exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase, in order to return the Product, in which case the following conditions must be observed: the period for withdrawal from the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt; in case of return, the product must be returned to this store in its original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document), the manual and all its accessories.
IV.I - The Customer must request the return through the Customer Service (SAC) or directly in the Control Panel, under the "cancel order" topic. The expenses arising from collection or posting of the Product will be borne by this store.
IV.II - After the product arrives at the Distribution Center, this store will verify whether the conditions mentioned above have been met. If so, it will arrange for a refund of the full amount of the purchase.
IV.III - In purchases made with a credit card, the card administrator will be notified and the refund will be made on the next or subsequent invoice, all at once, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The refund period and, also, the collection of the remaining installments after the full refund of the value of the Product on the Customer's credit card by this store, is 14 days.
