Not satisfied? Exchanges and returns at kyrvano
Here at Ferreira Outlet, we want satisfied customers. We want our products to cause a general feeling of happiness when they arrive at your home, so that you will come back again and again.
If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve your problem, following some simple rules for exchanges, returns and refunds.
Regret and withdrawal
In the case of exchanges and returns due to regret or withdrawal, when the product is in perfect condition but the customer is not satisfied, the customer will have 7 (seven) days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise, to request a return by phone or email. How to proceed in the case of a return or exchange due to regret:

Send the product by post (we are responsible for the cost of returning it using the PAC method) to the sender's address (kyrvano). Important: the product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, and the seal must not be broken, if any, and accompanied by all accessories.
Once the product has been received and the conditions above have been confirmed by Loja kyrvano, you may choose to:
- Receive a credit at kyrvano for the total amount paid, which may be used to purchase another product immediately or for a future purchase, valid for 6 months.
- Refund of the value of the product, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
*If the order has already been shipped and a cancellation is requested, the customer must wait for the product to arrive, send it to the address indicated by the company, and the amount paid will be refunded.
* Loja Ferreira Outlet is exempt from the obligation to exchange any product whose defect was caused by misuse, or to fulfill requests outside the aforementioned deadlines.
We provide measurements in centimeters for our products so that there is no error in choosing the size. According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the store owner to make exchanges due to the consumer's regret regarding the color, size, model, or any other reason. The right guaranteed to the customer by the Consumer Protection Code is to make exchanges only in the case of defective products.
Other occurrences All occurrences described above, and others that may be identified, must be communicated to Loja Ferreira Outlet by telephone or via email kyrvano01@gmail.com.
Products returned without this communication, after the deadline or without accompanying items/accessories, may be returned without prior consultation.
In addition to the occurrences mentioned, if any of the following situations occur, the product must be refused.
- Opened or damaged packaging;
- Damaged product;
- Product does not match the order;
- Missing accessories.
If you still receive the product, please contact the Ferreira Outlet Store support within 72 hours from receipt. We hope we have clarified your doubts!
